The transition to the new database and server clusters has completed and the read-only phase of this maintenance event has ended. We're running additional system tests now and monitoring the logs for issues.

We will be upgrading our database and tripling our server fleet. We anticipate the database and application being read-only for a couple minutes. If you submit a form in read-only mode, you'll be able to retry the submit again to avoid losing any work.
